            Personnel Records

            The Personnel module can be used to record employee data, equipment, training, and notation information.

            1. Click the “Personnel” button to open Personnel Management from the main RMS toolbar.

            2. Enter part the officer’s last name, first name, or both (A), and then click the “Search” button (B).

            3. Highlight the officer from the result grid (A), and then click the “Choose” button (B).

            !Did You Know?
            The Personnel Module is based off of our Person Management Module and allows all the same details to be added such as:
            Address (A), Phone Number (B), Email ( C ), and Physical Description, Affiliation, Association (D) etc.

            !Did You Know?
            You can get a complete Personnel List by clicking the Personnel Directory Button

            The results will provide Officers Name, Badge, Rank, Platoon, Address, and Phone if available
