Previewing the Press Release List

The Press Release List encompasses all entered press release information and compiles this data into a singular report. This report has various parameters that control which data is displayed.
1. To preview this report, select the “Press Release List” option found under the “Reports” drop down list in the Call Log module.
2. The parameter fields include:
- Date Range (A) – Start and End dates for the report
- Include calls that have become cases? (B) – Unchecked displays press release information only for calls that have not become cases / Checked displays press release information for all calls
- Show summary information only? (C ) – Hides the call notes from the report (Call notes are not part of the press release reports, therefore this option has no effect on this particular report).
- Municipality (D) – All Municipalities (Default) / Or select an individual Municipality
- Call Type (E) – All Call Types (Default) / Or select an individual Call Type
- Zone (F) – All Zones (Default) / Or select an individual Zone
3. Once the desired parameters have been set, select the “OK” button to preview the report.
4. Print and email options can be found in the upper left-hand corner of the Print Preview window.
