Printing a Photo Lineup
1. There are two options for printing a photo lineup: Multi-Images or Single Images. Multi-Images will print up to 6 photos per page. Single Images will print 1 photo per page. Both options are available from the Posters drop down list. For this example, we will create a Multi-Images lineup. Select the “Lineup Printout Multi-Images” button from the Posters drop down list to open the Print Preview window.
2. Choose whether or not to include the photo descriptions on the photo lineup. Clicking “Yes” will include the descriptions. This could be useful if the lineup is for internal use only. Clicking “No” will not include the descriptions with the photos. This is the more common practice and will be used in this example.
3. Click the “Print” button from the Print Preview window to print the photo lineup.
!Did You Know?
You can print a general photo lineup by selecting the photos from the search results and selecting “Lineup Print Multi-Image” or “Lineup Print Single-Image” from the Lineup drop down list on the main Photo Management window. However, this lineup is not linked to anything and will not be saved.
