Searching for Billable Events

When Alarm Billing opens, the system automatically searches for alarm events that have yet to be addressed. There are multiple other searches that can be performed as well, which we will go over here.
To search for current billing events that may be due to generate a Warning, or Fine letter, select ‘Billing Due’ from the Search drop down. This is the same as what the Alarm Billing opens by default, on launch.
To check for Fines that have not been paid in the grace period allotted, use the Overdue Search. Select ‘Overdue Search’ from the Search drop down. This will pull up a list of fines that are beyond the grace period, and allow you to create a citation for those incidents.
Alarm events can also be searched by Address, Name, or Organization.
