There are four (4) main security groups and two (2) optional groups. - Administrators – Full access - Supervisor – Medium access (Can approve calls/cases) - Officer – Limited access (Can enter calls/cases/citations) - Clerk – Very limited access (Can enter calls/citations/warrants) Optional groups must be used in conjunction with one of the four (4) main groups listed above. - Criminal Investigators – Gives additional access to Confidential Informant Management. - Evidence – Gives additional access to Property Management. *!***Did You Know?** Rights to individual modules can be granted or denied for any user. Contact your trainer or the In-Synch Systems Helpdesk at 1-800-243-6540 x ext. 1 for more information. 1\. Highlight the group from the “Available” column (A), and then click the “Add” button (B).
