Viewing a Vehicle’s History

1. Highlight the vehicle from the results grid (A), and then click the “Master Vehicle Index (MVI)” button (B) to view any possible history about the vehicle.

2. The MVI has three buttons at the top of the window; “Print Preview”, “Print”, and “Exit”. Previewing or printing the MVI places a vehicle’s complete history into one document. To return to the Vehicle Management window, click on the “Exit” button at the top of the MVI Report Configuration window.

!Did You Know?
The Master Vehicle Index is self-building. The more a vehicle is used, the more information will be attached to its Master Index. Owner information, calls, cases, occupants, etc. will show as tabs containing related information. With a newly created vehicle, the MVI will only show the basic vehicle information.
