### Viewing an Organization’s History

1\. After an organization has been chosen, previous contact can be viewed through the Master Organization Index. Click the “Master Organization Index (MOI)” button to view the organization’s history.

The [Master Organization Index](https://www.manula.com/manuals/in-synch-systems/in-synch-rms-manual/1/en/topic/master-organization-index) is self-building. The more an organization is used, the more information will be attached to its Master Index. Persons, calls, cases, etc. will show as tabs containing related information.

2\. The MOI has three buttons at the top of the window; “Print Preview”, “Print”, and “Exit”. Previewing or printing the MOI places an organization’s complete history into one document. To return to the Organization Management window, click on the “Exit” button at the top of the MAI Report Configuration window.
