Judgment Integration

Judgment Integration is …

Create New Judgment Import
  1. Click Create New dropdown.
  2. Click New Judgment Import.

  1. Enter Judgment Integration Name.
  2. Click Choose File for Civil Entries File.
  3. Click Choose File for Alias File. This is an optional field so if it is not provided by the AOPC, it can be left blank.
  4. Once files are added, click Import.
  5. Click Actions dropdown and Create Cases.
  6. Click Actions dropdown and Create Docket Events.
  7. Click Actions and Print Notices. A single PDF is generated with all the case/judgment documents so the user can print them easily.
  8. Click Export All Documents. This generates a zipped folder of all documents.

The status will change from Pending to Created and a banner will appear letting the user know that the cases and judgments were successfully created.

The case will be created with a defaulted plaintiff. The defendant information and case judgment information is automatically populated using the information provided from the AOPC.

Users can click on the Case Number hyperlink to be taken directly to the newly created case.

The status will change from Created to Dockets Created and a banner will appear letting the user know that the docket entries were successfully created.

Two Docket Entries get added with the documents attached (Notice of Judgment and Praecipe to Enter Judgment/Entry of Judgment).

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Create New Satisfaction Import
  1. Click Create New dropdown.
  2. Click Satisfaction Import.
  3. Enter Satisfaction Integration Name.
  4. Click Choose Satisfaction File.
  5. Click Actions dropdown and Apply Satisfactions.
  6. Click Actions and Create Dockets Events.

The status will change from Pending to Created and a banner will appear letting the user know that the cases and judgments were successfully created.

Applying the satisfaction will add a disposition on the judgment.

How to Delete a Case Judgment
  1. Under the Case Judgments section, select the Case Judgment that you want to delete.
  2. Click Delete at the bottom right of the flyout.
  3. You will get the following prompt to confirm that you want to delete. Click on the Yes button.
