Enter your Agency Name and address information and choose an Agency Code. This information is used when generating the header for Reports.

Agency List
Agencies are used to define the organization a Person is part of. There will frequently only be the need for one Agency, though you may have Persons affiliated with a school, the city, etc.
Agency Code Menu
Agency Code - Enter the Agency Code that will appear in dropdowns. 10 character limit.
Agency Name - Enter the name of the Agency.
Address1, Address2, City, State, Zip - Enter the full address of the Agency in the appropriate boxes.
Phone - Enter the primary phone number for the Agency.
Fax - Enter the primary fax number for the Agency.
