eTicket Notification Settings

eTicket Notification

The eTicket Notification Settings control which letter goes out to those who received an eTicket, as well as which contact information to use.

Select the Ticket Issued Template that will go out to Tickets that were Issued via the eTicketing system.

 

Select the Warning Ticket Template that will go out to Tickets that were Issued as Warnings via the eTicketing system.

 

Select if the Notification should go out to the associate Person’s Email Address 1, 2, or 3, and if it should only be sent to the First Available of those options, or Sent to All.

 

Click Save in the upper right to save the selections.

 

eTicket Notifications can be processed manually via the eTicket Notification utility in the Utilities tab, or scheduled to run regularly in the Scheduler.
