# eTicket Notification Settings

### ***eTicket Notification***

### The eTicket Notification Settings control which letter goes out to those who received an eTicket, as well as which contact information to use.

Select the **Ticket Issued Template** that will go out to Tickets that were Issued via the eTicketing system.

 

Select the **Warning Ticket Template** that will go out to Tickets that were Issued as Warnings via the eTicketing system.

 

Select if the Notification should go out to the associate Person’s **Email Address 1, 2, or 3**, and if it should only be sent to the **First Available** of those options, or **Sent to All**.

 

Click **Save** in the upper right to save the selections.

 

eTicket Notifications can be processed manually via the eTicket Notification utility in the Utilities tab, or scheduled to run regularly in the Scheduler.
