Badge Number Mapping TraCS to RMS

The badge numbers used in the TraCS XML file do not always match what is used in the RMS. To handle these situations a section was added to the “ECITE_ISS.INI” to map a TRACS badge number to an In-Synch RMS badge number. To utilize this feature place the following section in the “ECITE_ISS.INI”. (This feature is only available in executables dates 03/28/17 and greater.)
