Mandatory for IBR/ISS Submissions
Case Builder Main Window: Incident Number, Crimes, Incident Date/Time, and Date/Time Reported.
Contact Window: A contact with the role of victim, and the victim connected to at least one offense.
Person Management Window: If Individual is selected for the Victim Type – Victim Age (see additional age option below), Sex, Race, and Ethnicity. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A DOB OR AGE RANGE, LEAVE BLANK.
Physical Description Window: Age Range of Victim (option in addition to DOB above).
IBR Data Entry Window, Offense Data Tab: Exceptional Clearance (If exceptionally cleared, you must enter the date of exceptional clearance.), Bias Motivation, Offense Attempted/Completed, Offender Suspected Using, and Location Type.
IBR Data entry Window, Victim Data Tab: Type of Victim. If individual is selected as the Victim Type – Victim Age, Sex, Race, and Ethnicity (Entered in Victim’s Person Management Window mentioned above). Optional: Residence Status of Victim.
If Offender: Contact Window: A contact with the role of arrestee, and the arrestee connected to at least one offense.
Person Management Window:* Offender age (see additional option below), Sex, Race and Ethinicity. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A DOB OR AGE RANGE, LEAVE BLANK.
Physical Description Page: Age range of offender (option in addition to DOB above).
