Need Complete Specifications for the interface

Keith said the DigiTicket interface is the same as the TraCS interface as far as logic and troubleshooting. They are effectively the same, except that DigiTicket uses different labels for 4 of the fields in the XML files. Keith did not provide the field differences when asked.
