Entering a Field Interview Location

1. To add an address to the Field Interview record, click the blue words “FI Address”.

2. Enter part of the address (the house number, street name, or a combination of both) (A), and then click the “Search” button (B).

3. After an address is found or created, click the “Choose” button to link the address to the Field Interview.

4. The FI Location Notes field can be used if the address is unknown or a physical description of the location is needed.

!Did You Know?
An Intersection can be linked to a Field Interview by selecting the “Intersection” radio button in the Location By field.

5. Click the “Save” button on the Field Interview window to save the changes.
