1). What significance does the “STATUS” have in the file generated for PA SRS.

            • First point to understand that the statuses of “notified”, “summoned”, “attempted”, and “exceptional clearance” behave identically to the status of “CITED”.
            • The status of “ARRESTED” and “CITED” differ in the “PERSON_CHARGED_SPECIFICTION” segment of the file. The status of arrested will increase the “Arrested_Held_for_Prosecution” column, but the role of “CITED” will increase the “Summoned_Notified_Cited” column.
            • With the status of “UNFOUNDED” we don’t send a number 3 ASRE segment in the file or a person charged specification. In addition, as expected there will be no tallies on the return A segment for clearances.

2). What significance does the case disposition defined for the ENTIRE case in Admin Review have on the file generated for PA SRS.

            • A disposition of “UNFOUNDED/CASE CLOSED” didn’t send any further segments for my case other than the first segment “RETURN A”. In the Return A, there is an assortment of columns for unfounded offenses. It appears we add a number to the unfounded column for the offense on the case.
            • In my comparison of all case dispositions the only disposition that had any different behavior was “UNFOUNDED/CASE CLOSED”. All other dispositions behaved EXACTLY the same.
