ISC ERROR MESSAGE:
invalid request BLR at offset 2
function GETASSOCIATIONDESCRIPTION is not defined
module name or entrypoint could not be found
This error indicates that the c++ redistributable file did not properly install during the update. To fix you can rerun the vcredist_x64.exe which I have put out on the Z: drive in the installers\tools folder.
After running that file you should be able to successfully run dbupdate.
