Buffalo Valley Citation to Call Linkage:
Buffalo Valley has an in house interface similar to TraCS. The XML file generated with this interface has a dispatch number field. Using that dispatch number, we are able to link the citation to the call.
To enable this functionality please set the “Company” to “Hosterman” in the in-synch.ini. Once this is set the linking of citation to call will occur automatically. Our functionality is strictly linking the call to the citation. No information is ported in either direction and the call must already exist.
