            Importing Call Types with IAXMLMapper

            1. This document assumes you take normal precautionary measures (ex: backing up database).
            2. Create a .txt file that has the CAD Call Type=RMS Call Type. Each mapping should be on its own line in the text file.
            3. Place the .txt file and the application “IAXMLMapper.exe” in the In-Synch Folder.
            4. Run the application as an administrator
            5. Click the “IMPORT” button and select the text file you created.
            6. Once the text file is chosen the import will run and you will receive a completed successful confirmation.
            7. You can verify the successful operation of the program by opening up the “CAD_MAPPING” table in the database. There should be a record created with the CAD value and its corresponding RMS translation.
