IssProcMon.exe is a simple and powerful utility that gets all its settings from its INI file.
ISSProcMon.exe monitors the file that is listed as the Log element in ISSProcMon.ini. When the elapsed time in Period has passed without the monitored file’s date/time changing, it fires the application listed as the App element.
In this case, the TRACS_DirectoryMonitor.log file is being watched. If the Date/Time of the file does not change in 30 minutes, TracsReboot.exe is called.
