New Directory Monitor to Process Both CAD and TRACS

As of 4.9, we will be introducing a new version of the directory monitor called “IssDirectoryMonitor”. This version will be capable of processing both CAD and TRACS files on a single machine. For now, the interface has only been tested running one or the other. Additional testing still needs to be completed for processing both file types at the same time.
This article is to begin the explanation on how to configure the new directory monitor.
