Welcome to In-Synch Systems NIBRS Video Series.
You will find a variety of videos for the everyday user building NIBRS cases up through videos for administering IBRS in your agency. We want to give thanks to the FBI for their FBI NIBRS User Manual. Lots of material used in my NIBRS videos was obtained from this manual. I highly encourage any NIBRS user to download a copy of the manual and keep it accessible. It is an excellent resource, that is written in a manner that anyone can follow.
