            This must be done before customer installs!

            1. Add the Dispatch Icon to the toolbar
            2. Add the RMS.PROBATION_QUERY right to AUTH_RESOURCE
              1. Helpful SQL for the History Tracked Edits part of Support tools: Select au.AUTH_RESOURCE_ID, au.NAME, au.DESCRIPTION, au.INHERITS, au.EXT_ID from AUTH_RESOURCE au where au.deleted_ts is null
              2. Values to use
                1. Auth_Resource_ID – Unique Guid
                2. Name – RMS.PROBATION_QUERY
                3. Description – Privilege to access the UCM Direct Probation Query Web Service
                4. Inherits – 0
                5. Ext_ID – BLANK
            3. Add the RMS.PROBATION_QUERY right to the appropriate Group(s)/User(s) depending on agency preference
