Turning off Fast Restart for Windows 10

Since Windows 10 has dropped you are probably aware there seems to be an issue with restarting the machine and having the synch service actually reboot. I believe I have found out why. Windows 10 has a built in fast restart setting that appears to put services in hibernate mode until the machine reboots then it just refreshes your RAM. The following article is where I found this: https://www.howtogeek.com/243901/the-pros-and-cons-of-windows-10s-fast-startup-mode/
This can be disabled and we may want to consider having IT departments do so on Windows 10 deploys. I assume Server 2016 is probably similar.
            If you do the following:

            1. Go to the Power and Sleep settings
            2. Click Additional Power Settings on the (right-hand side of the screen)
            3. Click Choose What the Power Buttons do (left-hand side of the screen)
            4. The check boxes are the bottom are probably greyed out at this point so will need to click Change Settings that are Unavailable (top of the list)
            5. You can now uncheck the Turn on fast Startup option.

This should allow for a traditional restart that allows services to refresh
