You can void a parking ticket from the Ticket Details screen (A).

You will need to add a Reason for Voiding Ticket (A)

*Tips:
You can add other Reason for Voiding Ticket options by clicking the blue words Reason for Voiding Ticket: (known as a hyperlink) and adding them in the Picklist editor by using the Green Plus Symbol.
