Accessing List Values in CAD
As in the other modules of ARMS, any text field that is shaded yellow or is a drop-down menu contains list values. List value fields are NOT REQUIRED FIELDS. These values can be accessed by knowing the code and typing it in, partially typing it in, or by using the “?” and TAB button to list all the values.
Some examples of text fields that contain list values in CAD are the Initial Incident, Common Name, Rec’d Via, Unit #, Activity, and Disposition fields
