Error Message: "Cannot access ASP.net" message when attempting to install crystal run time. How do I fix it?

To run Crystal Runtime 32-bit and 64-bit, the highest privileges on the machine are needed. 

If the user is receiving an error message saying that it "cannot access <insert folder name>" then it is a permissions issue. 

To run the installer as an admin, follow the steps below:

1. Open the command prompt as an admin

2. Navigate into the file where the installer for the Crystal Runtimes is in the command prompt using the cd command and the file path

3. Once in the correct location run the installer by typing the installers name and .msi

This will run the file as admin and resolve the error message.
