FAQ: How Can I Delete Old Records That Must Be Deleted After a Certain Period of Time(ex. Parking Violations,Parking Permits ect) ??

You can remove parking citations and permits the same way that you would purge Case Reports or other ARMS data. You will want to go to Setup Menu > Maintenance Activities. From there, click "Start Process." Next, select your date range in either permits or citations. Once your date range is selected, hit Archive. You will be asked to confirm this action. Once it is confirmed, ARMS will wipe any permits or citations in your selected date range. Please let us know if you have any further questions.
