FAQ: How do I resolve not being able to print CASE reports in ARMS Mobile due to a "Create Channel Error"

To resolve this behavior go to Set-Up > System Defaults then ensure it is entered as shown in the screenshot.

If that does not resolve the behavior or it will not save, please contact ARMS Support with connection to your server. They will go to database > RemotingServerSettings Table > Edit top 200 rows > Enter in 1 localhost 5555 9000 to each respective column > Perform a IISReset
