FAQ: I moved the Maxient Case Submitter to a New Workstation and Now it is Not Opening?

The main cause of the “Maxient Submitter” not working on a new workstation is wrong server connection information in the Maxient config file.

Within the config file, in that application folder, you will want to ensure that the proper server connection string is entered into the highlighted area as shown below:
