FAQ: My CAD Numbers are being duplicated and producing multiple events with the same number. How do I prevent this?

This is a known behavior with any ARMS System behind the 19.10 release.

In order to resolve this behavior please contact ARMS Support to schedule an upgrade to the latest version of ARMS.

If your department is current on ARMS Support this upgrade will be of no cost to your department.
