Step 1: Uninstall the current Crystal Reports installed on the Machine by going to Control Panel> Uninstall Programs.
Step 2: After successful uninstallation, Restart Workstation.
Step 3: Install 64-bit Crystal Report File
Step 4: Than Install 32-bit Crystal Report File
