FAQ: What do I do if media will not upload/download?
If you media cannot be uploaded, or an error message is received when uploading media, there are three main items that need troubleshooting by the IT department to determine the cause.
1. Check the free space on the drive hosting the media. If this drive is full, then the users may no longer be able to upload more media until more space is created or given. You can find the location of the media folder by opening the registry and accessing the "Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\E2E\Common\InstallSettings" key.
2. Check the permissions of the media folder on your server. Your ARMS service account (which can be found by opening services.exe and locating the LOGON AS property of the ARMS.Remoting.Service) will need to have full control over the media location.
3. Check the permissions of the local media folder on the user’s workstation. "C:\ProgramData\End2End\Media Store" the local user on the local workstation must have permission to use and access this file to upload media
