FAQ: What Do I Need to do to Resolve a .Net Framework Error When Installing a Client?
.NET Framework Error when trying to install thick client-
Do the following to resolve the error:
- Please ensure all the Crystal Report run-time prerequisites have been installed correctly i.e., uninstall the previous Crystal Report run-times.
- Then install the new ones after restarting your machine, 64-bit first, then 32-bit.
- If the error is calling for a specific version of .NET Framework then go directly to Microsoft's website and download it.
