On drop down menus in ARMS your Mouse scroll wheel will not operate unless a key setting is changed on your machine.
To fix this behavior go to your mouse settings on your machine and toggle "Scroll inactive windows when I hover over them" to off. Doing this will allow you to scroll in the drop-down menus presented in ARMS.
