How do I assign a new person to a vehicle citation If I delete an existing one.

To assign a new person to a vehicle citation, you will have to add a new person into the vehicle and then assign that person to your citation. 

Shown below is an example of what this will look like. To add a new person’s name, right-click -> add.

To assign a new person to a citation, view the citation -> modify -> assign person.
