How do I change how Call Priority sorts?

You can change the sort by navigating to the CAD setup portion of System Defaults (File->Install Set Up Code Menu->Set-Up->System Defaults->CAD Setup tab), modifying, and making your change using the drop down bar.

 

Alternatively, you can click on the PR column in the Open Calls List. This method will only change how calls are sorted until you log out of CAD.
