How do we use Reference File in Mobile?

The Reference File module is a legacy feature that will not be migrating to Mobile ARMS. We recommend the following:
 - Have IT create a shared folder with the CASE Report templates accessible to the Officers.

- Create one drive so that officers can download the templates onto their workstations for reference.

- Users can still utilize the thick client Reference File module.
