In case management, a report is locked out by an employee. How do I unlock the report?
When this happens, it indicates the employee is logged into ARMS on another computer. Eventually, the case will unlock when the previous login has timed out. However, there is a way to forego having to do that. You are able to have the employee go to the other computer and log out manually or restart that computer to unlock the report.
As a last resort, an ARMS server restart will usually solve this as well.
