What can I do if my new workstation is experiencing latency?
If the user’s new workstation is experiencing unexpected latency, they will need to run a continuous ping to their domain or IP address.
To do this user can run the command prompt on the server as an admin, then type 'ping <Your server name> - t'.
For the <Your Server name> be sure to use either the domain address or the IP of the server.
Once the user has run this command take screenshots of the output, and notify ARMS support with this information.
