Why are my reports not being printed out with my printers settings?

If reports are being printed out improperly make sure your workstation printer settings are set to "Default Printer". 

To do this you can navigate to your windows start menu.

1. Search for Printers and Scanners.

2. Right-click on the printer you want to make the default printer.

3. From the context menu that opens select Set as Default Printer
