Why can my officer not mark a case as Confidential, Juvenile, or Sex Offense?
For a user to mark a case with restrictions to Confidential, Juvenile, or Sex offense, the user must have access to the specified areas under Set-User Access.
If a case is to be marked with restrictions, we recommend that a supervisor with the appropriate permissions take over the case in which restriction is needed.
If appropriate permissions need to be given, an ARMS administrator will need to edit the user's User Access.
To do this:
Step 1: Go to File-> Set-Up and click on User Access Tab

Navigate to the user who needs access and check the "Access" box for the appropriate restrictions.
